Shipping and Returns
Mes Dames Online Store use DHL, in collaboration with Sendify, for all shipments both domestic and overseas. The cost for final distribution is to be paid by customer.
Normally the time of delivery within Sweden is 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri), after reception of order. For shipments to any other country the time of delivery depends on the destination. All orders are fully traceable using Sendify Tracking system.
An order confirmation, with order reference number, will be sent by mail to you and there will also be notification mail when the shipment is shipped.
How to Exchange & Return Online
When returning products bought online we kindly ask you to:
- Complete the “return form” and place it inside the parcel together with the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Hand in your return to your DHL Service Point within 10 days of receiving your delivery.
- You can return any items purchased at the Mes Dames Online Store within 10 days of the delivery date.
- All products must be returned in original condition, with all tags still attached (unless faulty).
- To exchange an item bought online, please return the item free of charge and place a new order online.
Shipping costs for return shipments are paid by Mes Dames.
If you have chosen a payment via Klarna and haven’t yet paid your invoice, you can log in to your Klarna account and “report a return”. Your invoice will be paused until the return has been registered, then removed from your account.
Your refund will be returned to the original purchaser's credit card. We always aim to handle your returned purchase as soon as we can.
